Suspend/Unsuspend an Account

If at any time you wish to suspend a client for any reason, such as non-payment or violation of terms and conditions, you should:

Log into your WebHostManager

Click on 'Suspend/Unsuspend an Account' Select the domain or username you wish to suspend or unsuspend.
For future reference, you may enter a reason for suspension.

Click suspend or unsuspend and let the next page fully load to avoid data corruption. You're done!

This feature will block all access to the account. Your client will not be able to access his account through http: (browser), email, ftp or SSH anymore. Only you will be able to unsuspend the account through your WebHostManager.
